1. Petticoat skirts
I first spotted the petticoat skirt in American Apparel a while back and resisted buying it. 76euro. Gah. Then literally the next day Bebe Zeva from Fated to be hated posted this look (first pic), and wow. Its amazing! So I headed back down to American Apparel after convincing myself that life would be better if I owned this skirt, they had just one left, perfect. I very excitedly tried it on, to find it wasn't quite the dream skirt I'd been dreaming of. So disappointing. I mean it was lovely, but for 76euro I'd wanted amazing. So I resisted, but I still can't get it out of my head! I'm heading to Belfast next week and have decided if they have it there I will buy it!
2. Over sized jumpers
I'm living in giant jumpers at the moment. Makes leaving my cosy flat a little bit easier in the moment.
3. Nutella
This squirrel is me. Every time my boyfriend walks into the kitchen he catches me with a jar of Nutella and a spoon. Its gone beyond just 'loving' it, I'm physically addicted, I even tried to make my own one day. I'm trying to shift the last few pounds so need to give it up. I can't decide if I'm best to go cold turkey, give it up completely or like...over eat it? Allow myself to have it for breakfast, lunch and dinner (which I would gladly do) until I'm sick of it and can't face it anymore. Tough decision. My mouth is watering right now.

Boyfriend Fit
I never thought I'd say this but...I think I'm over skinny jeans. For the moment anyway. I mean I won't be throwing out any of my Topshop Leigh's, but they might take a back seat for the moment.
I'm loving the laid back feel of these loose fit, low rise jeans, always worn with cuffed hems.
Jeans- Old Topshop Harpers, Jumper- Fred Perry
I feel like I'm channelling my inner 16 year old, Avril lavigne loving self when I wear them low on my hips, although I'm trying to keep my underwear hidden this time round. I try to keep the upper half slightly more feminine with a loose fit, but low cut top, which you can't see here because it was baltic out and I needed my biggest, heaviest jumper to keep me warm.
I loveeeeeee this jumper. More than words can say. Its so big and warm, and I wear it any day that I have to spend an extended amount of time outdoors. Its super.
I'm planning the laziest weekend ever. The boy is gone to Manchester so I'm going to sit in and watch crap movies he won't let me watch, and eat so much chocolate. Its exciting really.
Hope all is well.

Currently Loving
1. Jessica Hart
I'm in love. Not even joking, I really am. Jessica Hart is the dream. Her style is just everything I wish mine was, as is her face. If your as in love as I am you can follow her blog here or if you really feel like stalking her...her Instagram @1JessicaHart.
2. This necklace
I first saw this necklace floating around the tumblrsphere and fell in love, and then seen it on my favourite blogger India Rose and now I love it even more. I've been trying to put off buying it as I'm making a conscious effort to not spend, but I keep coming up with reasons to buy it, like, it's perfect for work. All the necklaces I have are long, and when I lean over someones head I hit them with them, this wouldn't happen if I owned this chain. Its available here.
3. Cara Delevingne's eyebrows
Serious eyebrow envy. I don't even need to say anything. Perfection.

Dress & Shawl - Urban Outfitters, Coat - Zara, Shoes - River Island, Hat - ASOS
Hi pals,
World's worst blogger here, how are you?
I'm so happy to be sitting here with a cup of tea, about to read a shit load of blogs! I feel like I haven't done that in so long.
My brothers one year anniversary was yesterday so I just took a little step back in life to deal with being an emotional wreck. I'm feeling good today, although slightly hungover.
So this is what I wore yesterday. Possibly a bit OTT for hanging out in a cold, wet cemetery but whatever makes ya feel better right? It was definitely more suited for the drinks afterwards.
This dress is the new love of my life.
The hat is a little beaut as well, as is the shawl which I got for cheap in Urban Outfitters a few years back. Its like wearing a blanket out and people can't judge. Super.
Hope life is treating you all well.
Peace & Love

Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred Review
OK, so this review has been done a million times over, but I really want to tell people about it because it has actually changed me so much.
Last year was tough for me, I went through a lot and as a result put on some weight. Not a huge amount but enough to make my skinny jeans a little to skinny and make me feel uncomfortable. I was reading the Sunday Times Style magazine and seen an article about 'fit being the new skinny', it had a picture of a girl with an amazing body and the caption was something about how women rarely get to see there bodies full potential, which for some reason just stuck with me.
It sparked something within me and made me ready to make changes. I started looking for new workouts to try and came across the 30 Day Shred everywhere, so I gave it a shot!
The program is divided into three, intense twenty five minute workouts (that includes warm-up and cool down). These workouts consist of 3 circuits, which have a 3-2-1 formation. Three minutes of strength, two minutes cardio and one minute abs...with no rest in between.
The levels get harder as you go on, although I personally found level two more challenging that level 3.
There are modifications to make the moves slightly easier or harder, but with Jillian's quick, perfectly cued words of motivation, like 'I have 400 pound people that can do this move, so can you' (or something along them lines) you really strive to push yourself.
Jillian isn't every one's cup of tea but her style works for me. She's tough, more like a personal trainer than the fun friendly mister motivator types that host some work out DVDs. And more importantly, her methods works.
I first start noticing changes after just 5 or 6 days of doing this DVD. That's amazing like! By the end of my 30 days I had noticed a huge change in my stomach and some definition in my arms and legs.
I didn't slack when doing it, I did it 6 days a week. Its only 25 minutes so its very do-able.
After the 30 days I kept up my fitness regime, alternating between Jillian's other DVDs, 'No more trouble zones', 'Banish Fat Boost Metabolism', 'Killer bums and thighs', and 'Six week Six pack' and the 30 Day Shred. And my body is looking pretty good. In fact its the best its ever looked, ever. I'm so proud of how much I've achieved and feeling so motivated to carry on.
I've just started Ripped in 30 this morning so will let you know how that goes.
So if your looking for a fast and effective way to lose weight and tone up I 100% recommend the 30 Day Shred.
I stupidly, didn't take any before or after pictures, but here's a picture from when I'd finished the shred when I was on holidays. You can see the definition in my stomach. Makes me so happy :)
p.s: All 3 levels are on YouTube. :P
All images, except the last one from Pinterest.

My new tattoo.
I've been meaning to write this post for ages now but I've been a bit lazy on the blogging front, but with this being Suicide Awareness Week its perfect timing.
As a child we had a van, every Sunday, my brothers, a few cousins and I, would get in the back and my dad would randomly drive around while we played wrestling, or other silly games in the back. (Imagine doing that these days!)
So this one Sunday, on a drive, my cousin (also my best friend) and I were having a conversation about what life would be like if there was no sky...or grass...or shopping centres (we were only 8) and my brother, Daniel, interrupted and said 'Imagine there were no spacemen...'. Carly and I thought this was the silliest thing because who cares about spacemen? You can't live without a sky but you can live without spacemen. So we laughed and teased him, and then that Madness song 'House of fun' came on the radio and we all sang along. Happy days.
Anyway, roll on a million years later to November 7th 2011, the night my little brother died. We were sitting in that grim room in the hospital were the bereaved family are brought. In between hysterical tears, panic attacks and hugs, Carly said 'Imagine their were no spacemen' and we both started laughing.
Since then that has become my fondest memory. Something so simple, when life was trouble free and perfect. So got a spaceman, as he's up there now, my very own spaceman.
I chose to get it on my arm because I want people to see it, I want people to ask about it so I can tell them my story. Some people are uncomfortable when I say how my brother died, but most people are curious and I can talk to them about it, they hear about the grief, about how we had no idea he was depressed, how he 'wasn't the type', how we were the family who thought it would never happen to us, and how heartbroken we are to never have had a chance to tell him how much we love him.
So to me, creating that awareness and breaking down that stigma attached to talking about depression and suicide is the best thing I can do to prevent someone else feeling the pain I do everyday.
Sorry, bit of a long post but there ya go! Anyone else have tattoo's with special meanings?
P.s: If anyone else has had experience with suicide feel free to email me, strangely enough I enjoy talking about it.

Red Dress.
Just a quick outfit post. This is what I wore out last weekend. Red body con American Apparel dress. I bought this dress about two years ago but never felt confident enough to wear it as its VERY clingy. You know the way they say you get more confident as you get older? I think its definitely true. I'm way more confident about my body now than I was a few years ago even though I was probably skinnier back then. The only thing about this dress is that its very hard to wear underwear with. Everything shows, even underwear that claims to not show! (I did wear underwear though)
This is my favourite way to wear my hair, curly and messy. Unfortunately my hair is naturally very straight and flat and no matter how much product I use the curls fall out.
Also, do you like my new tattoo? I'll do a post on its meaning soon

Rottweiler tee
Since I first spotted the Givenchy Rottweiler tee on Kanye West I knew I had to have one. Well, a rottweiler tee, not exactly a Givenchy one. I absolutely adore this print, it looks fierce and really toughens up any outfit. Here, I have paired it with a pair of Houndstooth, high waisted, cropped trousers that I got a good few years ago from Urban Outfitters, but have recently just found under my brothers bed at home and my Topshop leather jacket.
I actually wore this out while walking my dog Hasso, who happens to be a rottie. I'd like to say it just happened to be what I was wearing that day but I wore it on purpose, as I'm a bit sad and got a little bit excited about how cool it is that my t-shirt and dog match. :)
How cute is Hasso? He's possibly the naughtiest dog ever!
Hope your week is going well.

Cycling.
Hello!
I renewed my subscription for the Dublin Bikes this week. City bikes is such a great idea, it's only 10euro a year and is so handy, especially if you live and work in the city centre.
There's a bike stand right outside my apartment and outside my job but I walk as I'm actually really nervous cycling on the roads! I mainly just use the bikes in the evening time and on cycle tracks, which is what I was doing here. My boyfriend and I went on an impromptu cycle straight from work the other day. I was not dressed appropriately. Sweating!
My jumper is from Cheap Monday, my shorts are Topshop and the boots are River Island.
The 30 day shred is going well. I am looking slightly more toned, but more importantly, I'm really enjoying it. Its tough but like Jillian says, that pain is what your body needs to change! This is one fitness DVD I will hopefully continue to use. I'm going to do a proper post on it at the end of the 30 days with before and after photos, but here's my progress so far. (Just six days in!)
It's my birthday this week to, so I'm going to treat myself, I'll be sure to show you what I got.
:)

Zara dress.
Hi!
I got this dress in a Zara sale about 6 months ago. Its so pretty. I adore the colour and print, although it is slightly to big for me around the shoulders. This leather jacket I got in a vintage shop in the Marais area of Paris for 5euro. FIVE EURO. How amazing is that?
I usually hate vintage and charity shop shopping as I really can't be bothered looking through so much stuff. I like simple, clean and organised shopping, were I don't have to look very hard. How lazy and boring of me. But this shop in Paris was just amazing. I got this jacket, a (faux) fur coat, a top and a skirt all for 40euro and they all kind of jumped out at me so I didn't even have to look to hard!
I have no other news, I'm so tired for some reason. I haven't even done much this weekend. I'm guessing its all the shit food I've been eating is just sucking all the energy from me. Goats cheese salad tonight. Nom.
Also, anyone else ridiculously excited for the Spice Girls at the closing ceremony tonight!?
Hope everyone is well!

P.s: I just realised that this is probably the first outfit post I've done that isn't made up of all Urban Outfitters and Topshop! :)

Saturday
Hi!
This is what I wore on Saturday when on a day out with my boyfriend. I love this shirt/dress from Urban Outfitters. It's a light chiffon material and such a pale pink that it could almost be paired with anything. I wore it with my favourite cropped leather jacket and black boots, both from Topshop, and a little grey jumper to keep me wrapped up as I'm still a little unwell. The never-ending-cold.
I did a post on the dress before here were it looks way more girlie.
Hope every ones weekend has been as good as mine!

Currently Loving
1.Textured Pony Tails
Since seeing Victoria Beckham with a messy low down pony tail in Brown Thomas last week I've totally fallen for it. Its quick, simple and the messier it gets during the day, the better. I've been trying out a load of different products this week to try and get the perfect look. I might do a post on them products if anyone is interested?
2. Zara Coats
Zara have done it yet again. I fell in love with every coat I seen when I was in there during the week. The best coats always come out during the summer, but I can never bring myself to buy one so early in the year. Then come winter, I can't find anything I like.
3. BlackMilk Swimsuits
I'm obsessed with all things astronauty. I came across Blackmilks swimsuit offering and I want it so much. I'm trying my hardest to not buy it as I'm trying to save. :(
